Cheesecake ala Jamie Oliver

Ingredients

200g Maltesers
250g short bread / Butterkekse
150g Butter
500ml sour cream
600g cottage cheese / Topfen
170g sugar
4 eggs
lemon
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 bar of chocolate

Directions

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Crumble biscuits and Maltesers and mix with melted butter -> in spring form
Sour cream, cheese, eggs yolk, sugar, lemon, vanilla sugar -> mix
Beat egg whites stiff -> add
Pour everything on top of biscuit-bottom
Break choc bar and spread

In the oven for approx. 60mins
